Nance, aka 'Fraulein ' is always cheerful. She looks forward to meeting new customers and reconnecting with our regulars. She doesn't speak German, but she sure knows the menu. When not at work Nance can be found on any beach, where her Margarita is always half-full.

Hello, my name is Marika! I've been with PROST almost 3 years and loving it everyday! My favorite bier is the Paulaner Hefe Weisse and my favorite dish is the Kaesespatzen (the adult mac & cheese). In my free time I enjoy gardening, baking, and spending time with my mom. 

Hello PROST friends. I´m Victoria also known as "giggles".  I started out at PROST when I was 17 as a dessert girl and host. Then I became a server. Took a break for school and received a veterinarian technician certificate. Working now as a host, server and also making some of our famous desserts.

Hi I'm Abby. I started working at PROST almost 2 years ago, and I started out working with my older brother. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading and I love trying food from different cultures. My favorite food from PROST would have to be the Sauerbraten, hands down. 

My name is Gina and I´m the niece who has been in the family forever, but working for PROST for 1 year. Currently I´m in college working towards marine biology. I love to play music and paint. I work in the kitchen, as a host and a server. So you see I´m well rounded.

My name is McKayla and I'm a host. I have been working for PROST a couple of months. My hobbies are drawing, sports and watching mocies. Kaesespaetzle is my favorite dish. I'm the youngest of the group.

Hi Im Andrew. I'm one of the bartenders at PROST. I've been with PROST since they came to Aberdeen. My favorite dish here is the Jäger Schnitzel. In my spare time I'm teaching myself video editing and eventually want to edit documentaries. Right now my favorite beer at PROST is Paulaner Hefe, you can often find me having one after my shift.

Hi my name is Amy. Ive been with PROST for 5 yrs. I started as a server and quickly moved into to kitchen, which is where my passion lies. Since then I have worked my way up to one of the kitchen managers. Making sure every schnitzel and brat is perfect. When not at work I enjoy gardening, playing on my Monday night pool league, or watching my 3 sons play football.

My name is Cliff and I'm the Prodigal son of Renate and Rick. In addition to being at PROST. I am a Flight Attendant for a major airline. When not at PROST or flying the friendly skies I enjoy either relaxing at home with my cats or exploring a new country on a mini vacation.
